We are open from 06.00 to 22.00 every day of the week.
There is no joining fee and no contract. Your membership will continue to be paid by monthly direct debit until cancelled.
On joining you will get access to our app which will generate the QR code to give you access to the premises.

There is no joining fee and no contract. The Pass will give you access only on the day of purchase until our closing time at 22.00.

There is no joining fee and no contract. The Pass will give you access from the time of purchase for 7 days. Our closing time is at 22.00.

For a rental charge of £400 a month you will have membership of our gym, giving you and your clients, full access to our gym, including the extensive range of top quality strength and conditioning equipment, free weights and cardio equipment as well as our changing rooms and showers.
Your clients will have access to the gym only while being trained and accompanied by you on a 1-2-1 basis. Clients must have their own membership of The Training Station to make use of the facilities other then when being with you on a PT session.
Your agreement to make use of the facilities will start from the date of signing and the rent will be payable monthly by Direct Debit until cancelled.
We will promote you as a PT within the gym and on our social media platforms and look forward to welcoming you as part of The Training Station community.
